Edgar Thomas Collins (b. March 7, 1873, Williamsport, Pennsylvania-d. Feb. 10, 1933, Washington, D.C.), Major General in the U.S. Army, graduated from the U.S. Military Academy in 1897, served in the Spanish-American War and in World War I as chief of staff, 85th Division.
